I believe I’ve mentioned before that I started working at a grain elevator for harvest. This has a huge impact on the types of crafting I’m doing now since I can’t play in my craft room for hours on end. It forces me to have a different perspective, as evidence in these projects.

This is a very simple but fancy looking crochet necklace. I made it by stringing the beads on the crochet thread just like I showed with this technique. I wasn’t sure how many I would need, so I just put on a bunch and then some.

I should feel lucky that I have all this free time while I’m working, but it does get tedious after awhile. I have A LOT of free time. Like 9-10 hours a day, six days a week. I’ve been trying to keep busy, looking for new patterns, come up with new ideas.
