I received a comment from Tricia that the download link for my graveyard of fun wasn’t working. I wanted to let you all know that I’ve updated the original files to include .png, .eps, .dxf, and by golly, the download even works! Am I awesome, or what?

Don’t answer that.

Here ya go:

Thank you Cheeky Magpie for republishing these!! I’ve been hoping you would do a fixed file as I’ve loved them since you showed the book!! Smile

Hi there! I was wondering… In this tutorial, for the little tombstones, you said you layered 2 pieces of paper and some cardboard together and cut it once. How in the world did you do that? hehehe, what I mean, what type of tool do you use to cut things like that are both thick and detailed? I’d love to know. My hubby is trying to cut my tombstones for me right now Wink

I use Kai’s scissors for cutting stuff that’s thick and when I want a bit of detail. I bought the scissors for cutting rubber stamps, but now use them for many projects.

I sandwiched the paper and cardboard together just as I would assemble the tombstone: patterned paper, cardboard, black paper and the template on top for cutting. I use a small glob of tape runner adhesive to keep them all together but remove it when I’m done cutting. I hope this helps!
