This one is a variation on a common thing around here at Cheeky Magpie. I’ve made my share of party cones over the past couple of years. This one is decidedly wicked for the Halloween season. This would not be the best project for young children, but older kids might have fun making their own witches hat to fill with seaweed candy or salty licorice. No wait, that would be my kids! Just kidding. That would be me.

So gather up your favorite paper or better yet, save the pages from an old book. I believe the teachers will be getting them in their treat bags this year. Check back for details and a template.
