I had you going, didn’t I? I bet you thought I was talking about some sort of savory cupcake. Well, it is in a way.

When I was starting seeds with the little peat pellets I thought they looked an awful lot like unfinished cupcakes. So I gathered together some of my extra herb seeds and made these cute little earthy delights. It’s wrapped in a paper baking cup and decorated just a bit, including a nice label. Perfect to just drop in a pot on the window sill. Now who wouldn’t want to get a tray of these as a gift? A lot less calories than the sweet kind and last a lot longer, too.
